La Mano Negra is the pseudonym used by tattoo artist A.P.P.G. The creative concept for La Mano Negra represents a unifying theme of two different symbols: the black glove (an accessory used for protection or the concealment of one’s identity) and a pair of black hands (representation of arduous manual work).
He is inspired by traditional Japanese tattoo style, pop-horror’s music and visual culture, mystery, secret organizations and the occult world. His work shows a unique dark take on design and a very careful drawing style that stands out for its needle precision.
